Getting Started
Palmreader comes preinstalled on all workstations delivered alongside the Blackbox device. You can open Palmreader by clicking the icon on the dock of your workstation.
If this is the first time you’ve opened Palmreader, it may take several minutes to open as it downloads all required dependencies and models. This process only happens when the software is first opened and when updates are available for models or analysis code.
Note
Updates for Palmreader models and analysis code are always downloaded automatically. When this happens, you will be notified once the software opens. The notification contains a list of all changes to the system that was just updated.
