New Analysis Format

This version brings a new format for analysis results that is more organized and intuitive.

• Preparing for removal of the PairGrid plot

New Analysis Output Format

The new output format will appear in the chosen output directory when running analysis. Rather than a mixture of files and folders like prior versions, the new format will create a single folder for each recording and place all files pertaining to that recording in that folder.

You can instruct Palmreader to use the old output format by checking the “Old Output Format” checkbox when setting up an analysis job. Future analysis features will only work with the new output format, so we recommend migrating to it when possible.

Preparing for Removal of PairGrid Plot

This update adds a warning to the PairGrid visualization page. This graph will be removed in the next update. The PairGrid plot will be replaced by different graph in early 2026.
