Automated Gait Analysis

This update brings our new automated gait analysis pipeline into the Palmreader analysis system.

Gait Analysis

There is a new checkbox in the Analyze tab that allows you to perform gait analysis. Gait analysis is only meaningful on single-chamber, mouse recordings, and will be skipped for any recordings that do not meet those requirements.
